Field Construction
Our field construction staff's extensive multi-craft capabilities ranging from experienced riggers, boilermakers, pipefitters, iron workers, millwrights and certified welders allows us to better service our customers many requirements. Here's just a few of the services we provide.
- Routine plant maintenance
- Erection of storage tanks (to 60' diameter), vessels, ductwork, furnaces, kettles, breechings, bins, hoppers and stacks
- Installation / modification of piping systems including pumps, valves, gauges and control components
- Repairs, modifications and re-rating of pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Section VIII and National Board
- Insulation of piping, tanks and related equipment
- Erection, repair and modification of structural steel work including building steel, platforms, ladders, stairways, catwalks, etc…
- Repair of tank bottoms, shells, roofs, floating roof seals and other tank appurtenance
